Return and Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Customers are required to inspect the condition of the goods and may request an exchange or return at the time of delivery/receipt under the following circumstances:

• The item does not match the type or design specified in the order or as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
• The quantity is insufficient or the set is incomplete as per the order.
• The external condition is damaged, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.

Customers are responsible for providing relevant documentation to substantiate these issues in order to complete the return or exchange process.

2. Regulations on Notification and Return Submission Deadlines

• Notification Period: Returns or exchanges must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or damaged items.
• Return Submission Period: Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• Return Locations: Customers may bring the items directly to our office/store or send them back via postal service.
