Washing: Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent to preserve the natural linen fibers and delicate embroidery. Alternatively, use the delicate cycle on your washing machine with cold water if machine washing is preferred. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach, as they may damage the fabric and embroidery.
Drying: Air dry the dress by laying it flat on a clean, dry towel or hanging it in a shaded area to prevent fading from direct sunlight. Avoid using a tumble dryer, as high heat can cause shrinkage or distortion of the linen fabric.
Ironing: If needed, iron the dress on a low to medium heat setting while it is still slightly damp, or use a steam iron to smooth out wrinkles. Place a thin cloth over the embroidered areas to protect the stitching during ironing.
